Als calculator speel je een cruciale rol in het bepalen van correcte en onderbouwde kostprijzen voor bouwprojecten. Je analyseert lastenboeken, voert meetstaatcontroles uit en vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je werkt zowel aan openbare aanbestedingen als aan privéprojecten en zoekt actief naar alternatieve bouwoplossingen die bijdragen aan efficiëntie en kwaliteit. Je implementeert de BIM‑aanpak en blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe technieken en regelgevingen via interne en externe opleidingen.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Berekenen van kostprijzen en opvragen, analyseren en vergelijken van offertes.
  • Verzamelen en analyseren van projectgegevens.
  • Uitvoeren van meetstaatcontroles op basis van plannen en lastenboeken.
  • Zoeken naar alternatieve bouwoplossingen.
  • Implementeren van de BIM‑aanpak.
  • Up‑to‑date blijven met nieuwe technieken en regelgeving via opleidingen.
  • Rapporteren aan het hoofd van de studiedienst.
  • Als calculator zorgen voor nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en betrouwbare kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Diploma bouwkundig ingenieur of master in de architectuur, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Goed ruimtelijk, technisch en cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwgezet en analytisch sterk.
  • Enthousiaste en innovatieve teamspeler.
  • Vlot met Excel en Word.
  • Interesse in BIM‑engineering.
  • Kennis van KPD Bouwoffice is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Als calculator beschik je over de technische en analytische vaardigheden om projecten correct te begroten.
