We zoeken een ervaren Calculator Bouw die vanuit Antwerpen mee bouwt aan uitdagende projecten van formaat. Je komt terecht in een stabiele en ambitieuze klasse 8-omgeving waar nieuwbouw en renovatie samenkomen in projecten met impact.

In deze functie ben je een cruciale schakel in de voorbereidingsfase van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je analyseert dossiers grondig, vertaalt plannen en lastenboeken naar correcte kostprijzen en denkt actief mee over slimme alternatieven en optimalisaties. Je werkt nauw samen met leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega’s binnen calculatie en projectteams, waarbij kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en commerciële feeling centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • het bestuderen van lastenboeken, plannen, meetstaten en aanbestedingsdossiers;
  • het controleren van de volledigheid van dossiers en het inschatten van risico’s en opportuniteiten;
  • het opvragen, vergelijken en evalueren van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers;
  • het berekenen van kostprijzen van A tot Z en het mee opmaken van doordachte offertes;
  • het signaleren van uitvoeringsmoeilijkheden, technische aandachtspunten en mogelijke optimalisaties;
  • het rapporteren aan het hoofd calculatie en het ondersteunen van de verdere offertewerking;
  • het meebouwen aan hoogwaardige projecten in een omgeving waar samenwerking, korte communicatielijnen en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Je krijgt de ruimte om je expertise verder uit te bouwen en mee te werken aan projecten die variëren van utiliteitsbouw en appartementen tot grotere en complexere realisaties in de regio Antwerpen en daarbuiten.

Voor deze rol zoeken ze een calculator met bewezen ervaring in de bouwsector en voldoende maturiteit om zelfstandig dossiers op te nemen en inhoudelijk mee te denken. Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en timing hand in hand gaan.

Jouw profiel:

  • je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als calculator in de bouwsector;
  • je beschikt over een bouwkundig diploma of een gelijkwaardige opleiding;
  • ervaring met klasse 8, design & build-projecten, utiliteitsbouw of grotere totaalprojecten is een duidelijke troef;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail;
  • je bent sterk in analytisch denken, kosteninschatting en het lezen van plannen en technische dossiers;
  • je communiceert vlot en professioneel met leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne collega’s;
  • je bent stressbestendig, gedreven en denkt oplossingsgericht mee;
  • je hebt een goede kennis van gangbare softwarepakketten; kennis van Bouwoffice is een pluspunt;
  • je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed, in functie van de samenwerking op werven en met lokale partners;
  • ervaring in een professionele bouwomgeving met grotere projecten is belangrijk; kandidaten uit particuliere woningbouw of kleine staalconstructies zijn minder passend voor deze rol.

Kandidaten met een sterk relevant cv en minstens 5 jaar ervaring worden voorgelegd. Wie al vertrouwd is met complexe bouwdossiers, heeft hier een duidelijke voorsprong.
