Ben jij analytisch sterk en heb je interesse in technische projecten?

Werk je graag nauwkeurig en haal je voldoening uit het uitwerken van offertes en projectdossiers?

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar je klanten en collega's ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende projectaanvragen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je analyseert lastenboeken, plannen en technische documenten van projectklanten.

• Je zet technische informatie om in duidelijke en correcte prijscalculaties.

• Je maakt offertes op maat van de klant en het specifieke project.

• Je denkt mee over de meest geschikte technische oplossingen.

• Je volgt projecten administratief op van aanvraag tot bestelling.

• Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verkoop, aankoop en de projectdienst.

• Je onderhoudt professionele contacten met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders.

• Je zorgt voor een correcte en gestructureerde verwerking van projectinformatie.

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in technische producten en projecten.

• Je beschikt over relevante administratieve ervaring en werkt graag nauwkeurig.

• Je haalt energie uit het analyseren van technische documenten, plannen en lastenboeken.

• Je bent sterk organisatorisch en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van dossiers.

• Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en andere courante softwaretoepassingen.

• Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten, leveranciers en collega's.

• Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
