Wat ga je doen?

• Je analyseert offerteaanvragen, bouwplannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten • Je maakt nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en werkt competitieve offertes uit • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en vergelijkt verschillende voorstellen • Je overlegt met collega's, leveranciers en bouwpartners over materialen, technische uitvoeringen en budgetten • Je volgt offertes op en biedt technische ondersteuning waar nodig • Je voert nacalculaties uit en evalueert de rendabiliteit van projecten • Je onderhoudt professionele contacten met klanten en denkt mee over de meest geschikte oplossingen • Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de succesvolle voorbereiding van diverse bouwprojecten

PROFIEL Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een bouwkundige opleiding of beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector • Je hebt interesse in calculatie, projectvoorbereiding en technische dossiers • Je kan bouwplannen en technische documenten correct interpreteren • Je werkt vlot met Excel en andere courante softwaretoepassingen • Kennis van AutoCAD is een pluspunt • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch • Je bent communicatief sterk en onderhoudt vlot contacten met klanten en leveranciers • Je combineert technisch inzicht met een praktische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak
