Heb je een bouwkundige achtergrond en wil je graag vanop kantoor impact maken op grote, complexe projecten? Dan vertellen we je graag meer.

Bij deze klasse 8-aannemer uit regio Diksmuide werk je aan totaalprojecten in de bouw, van ruwbouw en technieken tot afwerking en omgevingsaanleg. Je komt terecht in een stabiel bedrijf met 150 vaste medewerkers, actief over heel West- en Oost-Vlaanderen. Ze realiseren een brede mix aan projecten, van residentieel tot publiek en privaat, en combineren nieuwbouw met een sterke expertise in renovatie en gevelrestauratie.

In deze rol als Calculator werk je volledig achter de schermen, maar met een maximale impact op het eindresultaat. Jij bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van uitdagende bouwprojecten, zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en commerciële feeling zorg je ervoor dat elk dossier van bij de start realistisch, haalbaar en rendabel in elkaar zit.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als calculator duik je volledig in elke projectaanvraag en breng je de risico’s en opportuniteiten helder in kaart
  • In samenspraak met collega’s en externe partners bepaal je de meest doeltreffende uitvoeringsmethodiek
  • Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt deze grondig en werkt zo aan een onderbouwde kostenopbouw
  • Samen met de technisch-commercieel verantwoordelijke stel je kostenramingen en verkoopoffertes op die technisch en financieel kloppen
  • Je stemt het voorstel af met de klant en houdt daarbij nauw contact met architecten, bouwheren en onderaannemers, tot het dossier helemaal rond is
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de bouwkunde, bijvoorbeeld in de industriële of ingenieurswetenschappen
  • Daarnaast heb je al meerdere jaren ervaring als calculator, projectleider of werfleider op zak
  • Je denkt graag out of the box, combineert je technisch inzicht met creativiteit en kan vlot overleggen met klanten en bouwpartners
