Ben jij sterk met cijfers, bouwtechniek én analytisch denken? Als senior calculator speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding van uitdagende ruwbouwprojecten. Jij vertaalt plannen en technische documenten naar nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en denkt actief mee over de meest efficiënte aanpak.

Je staat in voor:

  • Het bestuderen van bouwplannen, bestekken, meetstaten en technische documenten.
  • Het opvragen en analyseren van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Het uitvoeren van rekenkundige controles en plancontroles.
  • Het opmaken van gedetailleerde kostprijscalculaties.
  • Het inschatten van risico’s, algemene kosten en marges.
  • Het bijwonen van werfbezoeken en overlegmomenten.
  • Het opvolgen en verwerken van verrekeningen, zoals meer- en minderwerken, tijdens de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Het signaleren van optimalisaties en meedenken over efficiënte uitvoeringsmethodes.

Als senior calculator ben je een echte sparringpartner voor collega's binnen calculatie en engineering, projectleiders en externe partners.

Je kijkt verder dan de berekening alleen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis denk je mee over uitvoeringsmethodes, mogelijke risico's en optimalisaties. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan kennisdeling en de verdere verbetering van calculatieprocessen en -tools.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouw, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring als calculator, bij voorkeur binnen ruwbouwprojecten.
  • Je hebt ervaring met courante calculatiesoftware, zoals KPD, AutoCAD, MS Project of een gelijkaardig programma.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
