Ben jij analytisch sterk, werk je graag met cijfers en heb je interesse in kostprijsberekeningen en aanbestedingen? Voor onze afdeling zoeken wij een Calculator die een belangrijke rol speelt in de voorbereiding, analyse en opvolging van offertes en projecten.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige calculaties en sterke administratieve opvolging kunnen projecten efficiënt worden voorbereid en succesvol worden uitgevoerd.

  • Opstellen en voorbereiden van offertes
  • Uitvoeren van kostprijsberekeningen en technische calculaties
  • Registreren, verwerken en opvolgen van goedkeuringen van offertes
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van statistieken en aanbestedingsdossiers
  • Opvragen, vergelijken en analyseren van prijzen van materialen en leveranciers
  • Ondersteunen van aankoopbeslissingen en raamcontracten
  • Meedenken over prijszettingen en alternatieve uitvoeringsmethodes
  • Ondersteunen van de werfvoorbereiding, waaronder materiaalreservaties en startdocumenten
  • Uitvoeren van nacalculaties en analyseren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van voorcalculaties
  • Opvolgen van bestelbonnen en administratieve dossiers
  • Signaleren van optimalisaties binnen processen en werkwijzen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte werking van het team
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en hebt een goede kennis van Excel
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen
