Voor een dynamisch familiebedrijf gevestigd in Beringen, actief in grond-, afbraak- en infrastructuurwerken, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Calculator. Functieomschrijving:

Als Calculator ben je betrokken bij uitdagende projecten van bij de eerste conceptfase tot de definitieve offerte. Je monitort de kosten van lopende projecten en voert nacalculaties uit om de rentabiliteit te bewaken en inzichten te genereren voor de toekomst. Je speelt een cruciale rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

  • Analyseren van projectdocumenten en uitvoeren van plaatsbezoeken;
  • Berekenen van hoeveelheden en bijhorende kosten;
  • Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers;
  • Opmaken van nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en offertes;
  • Monitoren van lopende projecten op kosten en budget;
  • Uitvoeren van nacalculaties en vastleggen van verbeterpunten;
  • Documenteren en archiveren van berekeningen en offertes.

Profiel:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Calculator, in grond-, afbraak-, infrastructuur- of waterbouwkundige werken;
  • Vlot met calculatiesoftware en MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel;
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht;
  • In staat om technische specificaties en tekeningen te interpreteren;
  • Communicatief sterk, zelfstandig én een echte teamspeler.
