Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Zuid-Limburg zijn wij op zoek naar een Calculator. Jij bent een Calculator met een passie voor renovatie en transformatie. Je combineert een scherp oog voor kosten en detail met praktisch inzicht in de uitvoering en weet de situatie op de bouwplaats te vertalen naar een passende en kostenefficiënte oplossing. Je werkt gestructureerd, schakelt gemakkelijk met klanten en betrokken partijen en combineert calculatie met werkvoorbereiding, inkoop en planning. Zo zorg je ervoor dat renovatie- en transformatieprojecten goed voorbereid en succesvol uitgevoerd kunnen worden. Jouw werkzaamheden als Calculator bestaan o.a. uit: - Opstellen van calculaties voor renovatie- en transformatieprojecten; - In kaart brengen en beoordelen van de bestaande situatie op locatie; - Vertalen van bevindingen op de bouwplaats naar een passende en kostenefficiënte oplossing; - Meedenken over de aanpak en kosten van werkzaamheden; - Afstemmen van de calculatie en aanpak met de klant; - Aanvullende werkzaamheden zoals inkoop en planning. Dit bezit je: - Fulltime beschikbaarheid; - HBO werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door opleiding of werkervaring; - Enkele jaren ervaring als calculator en/of werkvoorbereider; - Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; - Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B; - Kennis van Autocad en Microsoft Office; - Je bent woonachtig in Limburg of directe omgeving. Wat ontvang je? - Rechtstreeks contract bij de opdrachtgever met uitzicht op een vast contract; - Salaris tot €3900,- per maand; - Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de UTA-cao Bouw en Infra; - 48 verlofdagen, waarvan 13 dagen binnen een individueel keuze bud...
