Hoewel werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol als calculator/werkvoorbereider zeker een pre is, hoef je van ons geen doorgewinterde calculator/werkvoorbereider te zijn. Uit het juiste hout gesneden, ofwel beschikken over de juiste competenties vinden wij veel belangrijker. Om deze rol succesvol te vervullen, in bouwtechnisch en cijfermatig inzicht, MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, besluitvaardigheid, resultaatgericht en accuraat werken een must. Wanneer het om schilderwerk, behang en glas zetten gaat, geeft Noud van Bussel graag inhoud aan het begrip Kwaliteit met glans. Voor onderhoud en renovatie van schilderwerk is Noud van Bussel met glans de beste partij. Van particulier tot bedrijf of instelling. Uiteraard voorzien wij onze klanten graag van een goed advies over het gebruik van materialen en kleuren. In combinatie met Internoja projectstoffering biedt Schildersbedrijf Noud van Bussel een totaalpakket aan dat uniek is in zijn soort. Schildersbedrijf Noud van Bussel is met circa 35-40 gemotiveerde en ervaren medewerkers een van de grotere en bekendere bedrijven in de regio. Voordeel hiervan is dat wij vaak snel en flexibel op de vragen van onze klanten kunnen reageren. In jouw rol als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het opnemen van werken (waaronder het opmeten van gebouwen/ objecten, het beoordelen van de onderhoudstoestand en het adviseren over de toe te passen behandelingen), als voor het berekenen van de benodigde hoeveelheid manuren, materialen en hulpapparatuur. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectverantwoordelijke (projectleider, bedrijfsleider of directeur), die de toe te passen behandelingen en technieken en de te gebruiken materialen vaststelt. Voor het berekenen van de benodigde manuren en materialen maak je gebruik van vastgestelde normen en kengetallen. Op basis van nacalculaties stel je afwijkingen van de berekende hoeveelheid manuren en materialen vast en adviseer je over aanpassingen van deze normen/kengetallen.
