Wat ga je doen?

Als Calculator speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding van nieuwe projecten. Je analyseert aanvragen, plannen en technische informatie en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijke en correcte kostprijsberekening.

• Je analyseert aanvragen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en technische plannen. • Je maakt nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en offertes op. • Je berekent de benodigde materialen, werkuren en middelen. • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt verschillende voorstellen. • Je beoordeelt offertes en gaat op zoek naar de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. • Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en alternatieven om projecten financieel en praktisch te optimaliseren. • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne collega's voor bijkomende informatie. • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en commerciële collega's. • Je volgt wijzigingen op en past calculaties aan waar nodig. • Je zorgt voor een correcte overdracht van gecalculeerde projecten naar het uitvoeringsteam.

We zoeken iemand die analytisch, nauwkeurig en technisch is ingesteld en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zijn of haar dossiers.

• Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding binnen bouw, elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een aanverwante richting. • Ervaring als Calculator, Estimator of Werkvoorbereider is een sterke troef. • Ook gemotiveerde juniors met technisch inzicht kunnen in aanmerking komen. • Je kunt technische plannen, meetstaten en lastenboeken vlot interpreteren. • Je bent sterk met cijfers en werkt nauwkeurig en analytisch. • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en leert nieuwe calculatieprogramma's snel aan. • Je beschikt over een goed commercieel inzicht en houdt rekening met zowel prijs als kwaliteit. • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt verschillende dossiers tegelijk opvolgen. • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar overlegt graag met collega's en projectverantwoordelijken. • Je bent communicatief, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht.
