Bij Bunnik Bouw werk je aan eigen projectontwikkeling en zit je dicht op de keuzes die bepalen of een project financieel klopt. Je krijgt een senior rol waarin je schakelt met directie, bedrijfsbureau, werkvoorbereiding en inkoop. Voor een ervaren calculator die inhoudelijke invloed zoekt én wil doorgroeien richting hoofd calculatie, is dit een logische volgende stap. Uw rol Als calculator/kostendeskundige ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de kostprijsberekeningen en ramingen van onze woningbouwprojecten. Je beoordeelt plannen vroegtijdig op haalbaarheid, ziet kansen voor optimalisatie en maakt risico's inzichtelijk voordat ze later in het project duur worden. - Je stelt kostprijsberekeningen en ramingen op voor woningbouwprojecten. - Je analyseert bestekken, tekeningen en projectdocumentatie. - Je houdt kostengegevens en calculatienormen actueel. - Je werkt nauw samen met directie, bedrijfsbureau en werkvoorbereiders. - Je denkt mee over kostenbesparingen en een sterke prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. - Je ondersteunt het inkoopproces door samen met de bedrijfsleider plannen, kansen en risico's door te nemen. Uw profiel - Je hebt een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau. - Je hebt ruime ervaring als calculator of kostendeskundige in seriematige woningbouw. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en analytisch, maar blijft praktisch in je aanpak. - Je kunt goed schakelen met directie, bedrijfsbureau, werkvoorbereiding en inkoop. - Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je berekeningen en durft inhoudelijk mee te denken over betere oploss...
