Als Calculator Energietransitie bij BAM ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kostprijsbegrotingen binnen projecten die bijdragen aan een duurzame toekomst. Vanuit jouw financiële expertise werk je nauw samen met het (tender)team om optimale oplossingen te creëren voor de klant. Je draagt ook bij aan het succes van projecten door wijzigingen binnen contracten door te rekenen en een gedetailleerde overdracht naar de projectorganisatie te verzorgen. Dit maakt jou een onmisbare schakel in de realisatie van innovatieve energieprojecten. - Opstellen van kostprijsbegrotingen voor materialen, manuren en materieel. - Analyseren van klant- en contractdocumenten om kansen en risico's te signaleren. - Vergelijken van offertes in samenwerking met de afdeling Inkoop voor een optimale prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. - Uitvoeren van nacalculaties en optimaliseren van calculatiemethodes. - Bijdragen aan de projectplanning en proactieve voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen. Functie-eisen Ben jij een ervaren calculator en gedreven om maatschappelijk impact te maken? Dan zoeken we jou! Voor deze functie vragen we: - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding of een mbo-4 opleiding met aantoonbare werkervaring op hbo-niveau. - 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in calculatie, bij voorkeur in de energie- of infrastructurele sector. - Kennis van kostenberekeningstechnieken en ervaring met calculatiesoftware. - Aantoonbaar sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail. - Het vermogen om effectief samen te werken binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams.
