Nog voor een industrieel bouwproject op de werf start, worden de belangrijkste technische en financiële keuzes gemaakt. Als Calculator leg je mee de basis voor complexe projecten met aanzienlijke budgetten en volg je het voortraject van grondige dossieranalyse tot een onderbouwde overdracht naar uitvoering.

De organisatie realiseert industriële totaalprojecten in binnen- en buitenland. Binnen die projectomgeving vormt calculatie de verbindende schakel tussen lastenboeken, technische oplossingen, kostprijs, onderaannemers, leveranciers en uitvoering.

Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren calculatieteam en werkt nauw samen met de Construction Director. De functie combineert diepgaande analyse met commercieel en technisch inzicht en biedt ruimte om projecten inhoudelijk mee vorm te geven.

Calculator - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je doorgrondt lastenboeken, aanbestedingsdossiers en meetstaten en vertaalt alle technische en contractuele informatie naar een volledig, correct en werkbaar bouwdossier.
  • Je bouwt eenheidsprijzen en kostencalculaties onderbouwd op, vergelijkt offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers en bewaakt daarbij zowel de technische als financiële haalbaarheid van het project.
  • Je ontwikkelt een realistische projectplanning en organiseert een gestructureerde overdracht naar uitvoering, waarbij je ook nadien inhoudelijk betrokken blijft als aanspreekpunt voor het projectteam.

  • Je beschikt over een Master Bouwkunde en brengt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring mee binnen industriële projecten, calculatie of omvangrijke bouwdossiers.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en schakelt vlot tussen interne projectteams, leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je koppelt een kritische en punctuele aanpak aan initiatief, analytisch vermogen en de reflex om technische of financiële vraagstukken oplossingsgericht en creatief te benaderen.
