Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders en interieurarchitecten, die vandaag zelf de calculatie opnemen. Jij neemt hierin een trekkende rol en bouwt mee aan een meer gestructureerde en efficiënte aanpak.

Je combineert calculatie met een stuk werkvoorbereiding, zodat projecten niet alleen goed becijferd zijn, maar ook praktisch klaarstaan voor uitvoering.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten en vertaalt die naar correcte kostprijsberekeningen
  • Je vraagt en vergelijkt offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Je bezoekt projecten om een realistische inschatting te maken
  • Je stemt intens af met projectleiders en interieur architecten om tot uitvoerbare en scherpe offertes te komen
  • Je denkt mee over optimalisaties en alternatieve uitvoeringsmethodes
  • Je ondersteunt de opstart van projecten (werkvoorbereiding, materiaallijsten, structuur in dossiers)
  • Je helpt mee bouwen aan een duidelijke en efficiënte calculatiemethodiek binnen CRUIN

Wie ben jij?

  • Een achtergrond in bouwkunde, architectuur of interieurvormgeving.
  • Ervaring in het calculeren van bouwprojecten, bij voorkeur totaalafwerking of interieurprojecten.
  • Technisch inzicht, oog voor detail en een gezonde dosis realiteitszin.
  • Zin om af en toe op pad te gaan voor plaatsbezoeken.
  • Een stabiele, betrouwbare persoonlijkheid die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook makkelijk overlegt met collega’s.
  • Je bent vlot met Excel; kennis van plannen lezen is essentieel.
