The posting

Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de studie, calculatie, administratieve voorbereiding en het klantencontact van inkomende aanbestedingsdossiers. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het hoofd van de calculatiedienst. De functie is voornamelijk gebaseerd op het hoofdkantoor te Gent.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Analyse en studie van volledige aanbestedingsdossiers (lastenboek, plannen, enz.)
  • Opbouw van het calculatiedossier via plaatsbezoeken, technische en commerciële onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Overleg met de uitvoering over kostprijsberekening en inschatting van projectrisico’s
  • Technische en administratieve voorbereiding van de werken tot de overdracht tijdens kick-off met project- en werfleiders en werkvoorbereiders
  • Analyse van contractuele bepalingen van de klant
  • Begeleiding en toelichting bij offertebesprekingen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor technische en commerciële vragen van klanten
  • Ingenieursdiploma of gelijkwaardig door werkervaring
  • Minimaal eerste werkervaring als calculator
  • Relevante ervaring in aannemersactiviteiten is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste (kennis van overheidsopdrachten, leidingsystemen en kabels, standaardbestek 250, enz.)
  • Computervaardig: MS Office, MS Project, ervaring met calculatiesoftware (zoals KPD, VNext)
  • Data-gedreven: cijfers spreken voor je
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, aangevuld met kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Kan omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten en variabele werkdruk zonder in te boeten op nauwkeurigheid
  • Teamplayer in een zelfstandige functie
  • Kritische en analytische denker die achterliggende factoren blootlegt en strategische oplossingen ontwikkelt
  • Gestructureerd en resultaatgericht werken met oog voor verbetering en innovatie
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor uiteenlopende klantencontacten
