Als calculator ben jij de strategische spil die technische plannen omzet in winnende offertes. Je analyseert aanbestedingen, berekent de scherpste kostprijs en bedenkt samen met de projectleiding slimme alternatieven. Jouw cijfers en technisch inzicht vormen de cruciale basis voor elk nieuw project dat we binnenhalen!

Jouw werkplek

Jouw werkplaats bevindt zich op onze hoofdzetel in Dessel.

Jouw team valt onder Smet-F&C, de funderingsspecialist van Smet Group. Smet-F&C werkt bouwputten uit en bedenkt funderingsoplossingen voor hoogspanningsmasten, windmolens, kaaimuren, metro- en tramverbindingen en meer. Kortom, Smet-F&C is expert in het stabiel funderen van complexe bouwwerken.

Wat jij gaat doen

Als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kostprijsberekening en het samenstellen van offertedossiers. Daarnaast onderhoud je contacten met onderaannemers en leveranciers om offertes en prijsinformatie te verzamelen.

Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers en werkt nauw samen met collega’s, zoals projectingenieurs, ontwerpers, aankopers en tekenaars, om de juiste kostprijs en mogelijke alternatieven te bepalen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Verzamelen van projectinformatie, zoals bepaald door de projectleider;
  • Bepalen van een accurate kostprijs, gebaseerd op de gebruikte techniek of alternatieve uitvoeringswijzen;
  • Bundelen van eigen inbreng, suggesties, alternatieven, etc. in een advies voor de projectleider;
  • Opvolgen van meer- en minwerken tijdens de uitvoering;
  • Uitvoeren van nacalculatie voor specifieke projecten.

Wie jij bent

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in een bouwkundige richting, of je hebt de nodige vakkennis door jarenlange ervaring in de praktijk opgebouwd.
  • Je werkt punctueel en administratief sterk. Je houdt van cijfers en details.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en durft met slimme, alternatieve oplossingen te komen die het verschil maken.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands, met Frans als pluspunt.
