Jij bent de strategische spil die zorgt dat elk project rendabel en succesvol start!

Dit ga je doen :

  • Je voert diepgaande analyses uit op plannen en projectdocumenten om de volledige scope van het project perfect in kaart te brengen.
  • Je vertaalt de technische behoeften nauwkeurig naar gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en hoeveelheden.
  • Je onderhandelt vlot met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de meest competitieve offertes te verzamelen.
  • Je stelt professionele offertes op die de solide basis vormen voor onze samenwerking met de klant.
  • Je bewaakt de budgetten tijdens de uitvoering en voert kritische nacalculaties uit om onze processen continu te verbeteren.
  • Je bent goed in analyseren, nauwkeurig en vindt altijd een oplossing
  • Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring als calculator in de bouw in grond- of infrastructuurwerken
  • Technische plannen lezen vind je een fluitje van een cent
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en calculatiesoftware
