  • Je analyseert de toegewezen prijsvragen en aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Je bestudeert lastenboeken, plannen, technische tekeningen en andere projectdocumentatie.
  • Je bepaalt welke materialen, machines, manuren en andere middelen nodig zijn voor een correcte uitvoering.
  • Je maakt gedetailleerde en nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Je houdt rekening met marktprijzen, uitvoeringsmethodes, regelgeving en andere relevante factoren.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw berekeningen zowel realistisch als commercieel competitief zijn.

DE WERF IN DE PRAKTIJK

  • Je bezoekt regelmatig projecten en werven om de situatie ter plaatse goed in te schatten.
  • Je stelt gerichte en kritische vragen om ontbrekende informatie te verzamelen.
  • Je vertaalt de informatie van de werf naar een correcte prijsberekening en een haalbare uitvoeringswijze.
  • Je denkt mee over de meest efficiënte aanpak van het project.

VAN KOSTPRIJS NAAR OFFERTE

  • Je werkt jouw kostprijsberekening uit tot een duidelijke en professionele verkoopofferte.
  • Na interne bespreking stel je de finale offerte samen.
  • Waar nodig werk je een duidelijk plan van aanpak uit.
  • Je denkt actief mee over manieren om de slaagkans van een offerte te verhogen zonder de technische en financiële haalbaarheid uit het oog te verliezen.

VAN OFFERTE NAAR UITVOERING

  • Je blijft betrokken bij het project wanneer de opdracht wordt gegund.
  • Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding en opvolging van bestellingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en volledige overdracht van het dossier aan de projectleider.
  • Bij kortlopende projecten ondersteun je de projectleiding bij administratieve taken.
  • Je werkt mee aan de nacalculatie en analyseert de resultaten om toekomstige projecten nog beter te kunnen inschatten.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma Ingenieur of Master Bouw.
  • Of minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de burgerlijke bouwkunde, bij voorkeur in grond-, afbraak- en/of waterbouwwerken.
  • Een goed technisch inzicht en interesse in complexe bouwprojecten.
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid en een sterk cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Een zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkhouding.
  • De capaciteit om technische informatie te vertalen naar een correcte en onderbouwde kostprijs.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van KPD is een pluspunt.

Daarnaast ben je iemand die:

  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt.
  • Graag zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Kritisch naar plannen, cijfers en dossiers kijkt.
  • Proactief meedenkt over oplossingen.
  • Zowel technisch als commercieel kan denken.
  • Graag samenwerkt met collega's en projectleiders.
