  • Analyseer dossiers voor grond- en afbraakwerken en vertaal plannen, technische informatie en randvoorwaarden naar een onderbouwde kostprijs.
  • Werk offertes en begrotingen uit met aandacht voor hoeveelheden, uitvoeringsmethodes, materiaalkeuzes, onderaannemers en de beschikbare planning.
  • Onderzoek optimalisaties en alternatieven die technisch haalbaar en commercieel interessant zijn, en stem deze waar nodig af met interne diensten of externe partners.
  • Onderhoud rechtstreeks contact met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers om ontbrekende informatie te verzamelen en aannames tijdig te verfijnen.
  • Maak risico’s, aandachtspunten en mogelijke meer- of minderwaarden zichtbaar, zodat beslissingen op basis van duidelijke en betrouwbare cijfers kunnen worden genomen.
  • Breng jouw technisch-commerciële inzichten actief in tijdens overlegmomenten en help mee om dossiers sterker en uitvoerbaarder te maken.
  • Rapporteer over de voortgang en inhoud van jouw calculaties aan de verantwoordelijke voor calculatie, terwijl je steeds meer eigenaarschap opneemt over jouw dossiers.
  • Een ingenieursdiploma bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding vormt een goede basis; ongeveer nul tot drie jaar ervaring in calculatie, grondwerken, afbraakwerken of een vergelijkbare bouwcontext is welkom.
  • Technisch inzicht en analytisch denkvermogen helpen je om complexe dossiers te doorgronden, correcte aannames te maken en berekeningen logisch op te bouwen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief afstemming wanneer informatie ontbreekt of een technische keuze impact heeft op de prijs of uitvoering.
  • Creativiteit en een onderzoekende houding zijn belangrijk: je denkt niet alleen in standaardoplossingen, maar ziet ook kansen voor alternatieve uitvoeringsmethodes en optimalisaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt. Met MS Office kan je goed werken; ervaring met Tekla of een calculatieprogramma is mooi meegenomen.
