Bij Van Gelder werk je dagelijks aan het binnenhalen van integrale landelijke projecten, zoals de reconstructie van de N211 en de A27 Noord, maar ook groot asfaltonderhoud voor Rijkswaterstaat. Zorg jij er samen met het tenderteam voor dat we nog meer van zulke projecten binnen kunnen halen? Wat ga je doen? Als Calculator, ook wel Kostprijsdeskundige of Budgetanalist genoemd, werk jij in een tenderteam aan het maken van een competitieve integrale aanbieding op prijs en kwaliteit. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Je kan contractdocumenten beschouwen en analyseren, weet hoofd- en bijzaken te scheiden en kan in concepten denken. - In de tenderfase ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van de begroting. Hierbij laat je de directe- en indirecte bouwkosten aansluiten op het aanbiedingsontwerp, de uitgewerkte planning en fasering en het kwalitatieve deel van de inschrijving. Om dit te laten lukken zul je met je team keuzes moeten maken. - Het meewerken aan oplossingen die de aanbieding onderscheidend maken. Dit zit bijvoorbeeld in technische oplossingen en kwalitatieve maatregelen. Je komt voornamelijk te werken op ons kantoor in Almere. Hier werk je samen met de tendermanager, emvi-strateeg, projectcoördinator en andere specialisten. De grootte van het tenderteam hangt af van de tender, waardoor je met veel verschillende directe en indirecte collega's werkt. Je bent te allen tijde werkzaam in een dynamisch team, waarin er ruimte is voor ieders specialisme en waar de sfeer goed is. Zo...
