Onze klant is een Belgische groothandel in producten voor centrale verwarming, koeling en ventilatie. Het is een familiaal bedrijf met meerdere vestigingen in Vlaanderen, dat levert aan professionele installateurs, bouwbedrijven en de industrie. Het gamma omvat ketels, branders, radiatoren, buizen, fittings, kraanwerk en toebehoren.

Je komt terecht in een binnendienst waar techniek centraal staat. De vertegenwoordigers, de verkoopsadministratie, de logistiek en de aankoopdienst werken dicht bij elkaar, zodat je vragen snel bij de juiste collega terechtkomen.

Voor dit bedrijf is Spark in exclusiviteit op zoek naar een calculator voor de binnendienst.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit? In deze rol sta je in voor het volledige offertetraject, van de analyse van het lastenboek tot de opvolging bij de klant.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het dagelijks analyseren van lastenboeken en het vertalen daarvan naar een correcte en competitieve offerte.
  • Het doorrekenen van offertes voor installaties van centrale verwarming, koeling en ventilatie, en voor sprinklerinstallaties.
  • De opvolging van je offertes van A tot Z. Je neemt zelf contact op met de klant, stuurt bij waar nodig en rondt het dossier af.
  • Het geven van technisch en commercieel advies aan de installateurs.
  • De samenwerking met de vertegenwoordigers op de baan, de verkoopsadministratie, de logistiek en de aankoopdienst.
  • Je bent technisch sterk in HVAC, centrale verwarming of sanitair. Werk je vandaag als calculator, werkvoorbereider, technisch tekenaar of technisch-commercieel binnendienstmedewerker, dan sluit je profiel goed aan.
  • Je rekent graag en werkt vlot met materiaallijsten, marges en meetstaten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Frans, of voldoende om een Waalse klant te woord te staan.
  • Je houdt het overzicht wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen en werkt elk dossier zorgvuldig af.
  • Je bent vlot aan de telefoon en voelt je comfortabel in klantencontact.
