Als Calculator HVAC vorm je samen met de accountmanager een sterk team. Terwijl de accountmanager nieuwe projecten binnenhaalt, zorg jij ervoor dat elk dossier technisch en administratief perfect wordt uitgewerkt.

Jouw impact?

  • Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken en technische dossiers.
  • Je maakt nauwkeurige offertes op voor HVAC-projecten.
  • Je berekent materiaal-, arbeids- en projectkosten.
  • Je volgt aanbestedingen van A tot Z op.
  • Je vergelijkt offertes van leveranciers en zoekt naar de beste oplossingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de accountmanager met technische berekeningen en kostprijsanalyses.
  • Je bewaakt deadlines en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier tot in de puntjes klopt.

Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat projecten starten met een sterke en rendabele basis.

Jij bent de kandidaat die we zoeken als:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan terugblikken op minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen HVAC.
  • HVAC-kennis voor jou geen pluspunt is, maar een absolute vereiste.
  • Je ervaring hebt met offertes, calculaties of aanbestedingen.
  • Je technische plannen en lastenboeken vlot kan interpreteren.
  • Je sterk bent in administratie en nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Je zelfstandig dossiers kan beheren en tegelijk graag samenwerkt met collega's.
  • Je vlot Nederlands spreekt en schrijft.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een mooie meerwaarde.
