Vivaldis Office is op zoek naar een calculator / ontwerper HVAC & sanitair voor onze klant in Hasselt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in technische installaties, gebouwtechnieken en HVAC-projecten. Jouw takenpakket als calculator / ontwerper HVAC & sanitair bestaat uit:

  • Het grondig analyseren van lastenboeken, plannen, bestekken en bijbehorende projectdocumenten.
  • Het nauwkeurig berekenen van de kostprijs op basis van benodigde materialen, werkuren, technische installaties en eventuele onderaannemers.
  • Het opvragen en vergelijken van prijsvoorstellen bij leveranciers en partners.
  • Het technisch uitwerken, berekenen en dimensioneren van HVAC- en sanitaire concepten voor eigen studies en Design & Build-projecten.
  • Het formuleren van slimme optimalisaties en alternatieve oplossingen met focus op kwaliteit, energiezuinigheid en budget.
  • Het toetsen van ontwerpen aan actuele normen en wetgeving, en hierover afstemmen met klanten, studiebureaus en collega's.
  • Het in kaart brengen van kansen en risico's om een sterke offerte neer te zetten, en het dossier na toewijzing naadloos overdragen aan de uitvoering.

Als calculator / ontwerper HVAC & sanitair herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (zoals elektromechanica, klimatisering of energie) óf bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een stevige basiskennis van HVAC en sanitaire technieken, gecombineerd met passie voor zowel calculatie als ontwerp.
  • Pas afgestudeerd en je wil je tanden zetten in een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de HVAC? Dan kom je ook in aanmerking!
  • Je kunt technische dossiers en bouwplannen kritisch interpreteren en beschikt over een sterk financieel-technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt kennis van geldende normen of bent leergierig om je hier snel in in te werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, schakelt vlot en communiceert professioneel met externe partijen en intern overleg.
  • Ervaring met overheidsopdrachten, studie- of Design & Build-dossiers is een pluspunt; een oplossingsgerichte instelling en leergierigheid staan voorop.
