Voor een bedrijf in Geel, gespecialiseerd in HVAC en elektriciteit, zijn we op zoek naar een Calculator HVAC.

In deze functie maak je deel uit van de studiedienst en werk je mee aan de prijsberekening en voorbereiding van grote HVAC-projecten. Je wordt al vroeg bij projecten betrokken en denkt mee tijdens de ontwerpfase. Samen met je collega’s analyseer je prijsaanvragen, vergelijk je leveranciersprijzen en werk je gedetailleerde offertes uit. Daarbij zoek je naar technisch en financieel interessante oplossingen in nauw overleg met de opdrachtgever.

Jouw pakket:

  • Analyseren en bestuderen van prijsaanvragen voor grote HVAC-projecten.
  • Voorbereiden en uitwerken van prijsberekeningen en gedetailleerde offertes.
  • Analyseren van meetstaten en plannen van studiebureaus.
  • Vergelijken en evalueren van prijzen van leveranciers.
  • Uitwerken van mogelijke technische en financiële alternatieven.
  • Overleggen met opdrachtgevers om tot de meest geschikte oplossingen te komen.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s van de studiedienst, projectafdeling, regeltechniek, tekenafdeling en werfteams.
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van innovatieve HVAC-projecten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, energie, elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in de bouwsector en gebouwtechnieken, in het bijzonder HVAC en elektrotechnieken.
  • Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt over analytisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager is een pluspunt.
