Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen technische installaties in de bouwsector is Vivaldis op zoek naar een Calculator HVAC & Sanitair voor de vestiging in Sint-Martens-Latem.

Jouw takenpakket als Calculator HVAC & Sanitair:

  • Analyseren van bestekken, plannen en meetstaten
  • Opmaken van nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen voor HVAC- en sanitaire installaties
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Selecteren van de meest optimale prijs-kwaliteitoplossingen
  • Verwerken van calculaties en administratief voorbereiden van dossiers in het ERP-systeem
  • Optimaliseren van technische oplossingen waar mogelijk
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht van het dossier aan de projectleider na goedkeuring
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en andere technische collega’s. Binnen deze functie krijg je ruimte voor autonomie en zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden richting senior calculator of projectleiding.

Dit kan jij afvinken als Calculator HVAC & Sanitair:

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen calculatie of technische installaties
  • Grondige kennis van HVAC- en sanitaire technieken
  • Een geldig VCA-attest of bereidheid dit te behalen
  • Rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Werk je gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Heb je een sterk analytisch vermogen
  • Ben je kritisch ingesteld en resultaatgericht
  • Hou je ervan om deadlines te behalen
  • Kan je zelfstandig werken en neem je verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent voltijds beschikbaar en werkt vanuit Sint-Martens-Latem.
