Bij SPIE krijg je de kans om je via een persoonlijk leertraject te ontwikkelen tot Calculator Building Solutions. Je werkt mee aan landelijke tenders voor verschillende grote opdrachtgevers en leert het vak vooral in de praktijk. - Je krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding en een uitgebreid ontwikkel- en opleidingsprogramma - Je werkt mee aan landelijke tenders voor verschillende grote opdrachtgevers - Je ontvangt een laptop en mobiele telefoon en kunt waar passend thuiswerken Als Calculator Building Solutions in opleiding leer je technische onderhoudsaanvragen en tenderuitvragen beoordelen en uitwerken. Vanuit Utrecht ontwikkel je jezelf tot verbindende schakel tussen techniek, commercie en disciplines binnen SPIE. Je werkt samen met Front Office medewerkers, Contractmanagers, interne klanten en specialisten, leveranciers en partners. Je leert welke informatie nodig is, hoe je technische keuzes beoordeelt en welke invloed die keuzes hebben op de dienstverlening. - Je beoordeelt tenderuitvragen en technische installaties - Je werkt samen met Front Office medewerkers, Contractmanagers, interne klanten, specialisten, leveranciers en partners - Je leert afspraak- en resultaatgericht werken, helder communiceren, proactief meedenken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen - Je werkt met systemen, processen en rapportages - Je krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en behaalt samen met collega’s resultaat Vacature-informatie: locatie Utrecht; 32 uur per week; opleidingsniveau MBO; ervaringsniveau Junior; vakgebied Werkvoorbereiding & Calculatie; markt Gebouwen & Utiliteitsbouw; business unit Building Solution.
