De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Calculator Infra regio Kortrijk?

  • Je analyseert plannen en bestekken en vertaalt die naar correcte, competitieve offertes die aansluiten bij de projectvereisten.
  • Je vergelijkt en evalueert offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers kritisch, op zoek naar de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee over de projectaanpak binnen de infra- en grondwerkensector: jij detecteert kansen om projecten binnen te halen én rendabel uit te voeren.
  • Je zoekt actief naar creatieve, technisch onderbouwde en financieel haalbare oplossingen voor complexe uitdagingen.
  • Je bespreekt en verdedigt jouw calculaties intern met het team en de hoofdcalculator, en onderhoudt professionele contacten met klanten.
  • Je werkt met een ERP-systeem voor de opvolging en ondersteuning van jouw calculatiewerk.

  • Je communiceert zelfverzekerd en professioneel, met een uitstekende kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans.
