Jobomschrijving

Als Calculator Infra ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitwerking van calculatiedossiers binnen grondwerken en waterbouw. Je vertaalt technische plannen, meetstaten en bestekken naar een onderbouwde en marktconforme offerte, met aandacht voor haalbaarheid, kwaliteit en optimalisatie. Binnen deze functie werk je nauw samen met collega’s uit uitvoering, aankoop en andere betrokken diensten, zodat elk dossier correct, tijdig en volledig wordt opgevolgd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • het verzamelen, analyseren en interpreteren van projectinformatie zoals plannen, technische specificaties en meetstaten;
  • het opbouwen van duidelijke calculaties en het uitwerken van realistische kostprijzen;
  • het opvragen en verwerken van prijzen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers;
  • het afstemmen van jouw calculaties op planning, uitvoeringsmethode, materiaalkeuze en kwaliteitsvereisten;
  • het meedenken over alternatieven, optimalisaties en praktische verbeteringen;
  • het tijdig indienen en inhoudelijk opvolgen van dossiers tijdens de offertetrajecten;
  • het ondersteunen van de overdracht van calculatie naar uitvoering na gunning;
  • het onderhouden van contact met interne stakeholders om een vlotte projectopstart te verzekeren.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische en gemotiveerde kandidaat met interesse in bouw, infra en technische projectvoorbereiding. Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben: ook starters met de juiste basis en een gezonde technische nieuwsgierigheid komen in aanmerking. Een diploma in een technische of bouwkundige richting is een pluspunt, bijvoorbeeld Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde, Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde of bachelor Bouwkunde.

Jouw profiel:

  • je hebt ervaring of bent een leergierige starter met relevante interesse;
  • je hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met bouw, infrastructuur, grondwerken en waterbouw;
  • je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail;
  • je kan vlot omgaan met cijfers, technische plannen en documentatie;
  • je denkt oplossingsgericht en durft voorstellen te doen die projecten efficiënter maken;
  • je communiceert professioneel in Nederlands en hebt basiskennis van Engels en Frans;
  • je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt en deadlines respecteert;
  • ervaring met calculatie, projectvoorbereiding of bouwtechnische software is een troef.

Motivatie, leergierigheid en technische interesse zijn belangrijker dan een lang cv. Je krijgt de ruimte om bij te leren en je expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen een omgeving waar begeleiding en ontwikkeling centraal staan.
