Voor een bedrijf, regio Gent, gespecialiseerd in interieur en afwerking zijn we op zoek naar een Calculator.

Jouw functie

Als Calculator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het projectteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van correcte kostprijsberekeningen en offertes voor uiteenlopende projecten binnen de afwerkings- en bouwsector.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen op basis van plannen, lastenboeken en technische specificaties.
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Analyseren van projectdossiers en detecteren van risico's en opportuniteiten.
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met projectleiders, aankoop en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Adviseren over alternatieve oplossingen om projecten technisch en financieel te optimaliseren.
  • Waken over een correcte en competitieve prijszetting.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als calculator binnen de bouw-, interieur- of afwerkingssector is een sterke troef.
  • Je kan technische plannen en lastenboeken vlot interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende interne en externe partijen.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office; ervaring met calculatiesoftware en/of AutoCAD is een pluspunt.
