Functie

Voor onze klant te Nazareth, zijn we op zoek naar een Calculator voor Interieuren.

  • Als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle prijscalculaties van binnenkomende projecten.
  • Je zoekt en maakt contact met leveranciers, vraagt prijzen op, plaatst bestellingen, volgt deze op en verwerkt de administratie.
  • Je hebt nauw overleg met de sales- en ontwerpafdeling in functie van de budgetten.
  • Je bestudeert de technische haalbaarheid van de dossiers en volgt deze verder op samen met de projectleiders.
  • Samen met je collega’s denk je na over technische alternatieven of nieuwe oplossingen.
  • Waar nodig bezorg je duiding aan sales omtrent bepaalde aspecten van je calculatie zodat zij dit correct kunnen vertalen naar de klant.
  • Indien nodig voer je aanpassingen door op vraag van de klant.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan aankoop- & calculatiemanager.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma in een technische/ bouwkundige richting.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent in staat om gestructureerd en pragmatisch te werk te gaan zodat je efficiënt projecten kunt behandelen.
  • Je gaat nauwgezet te werk en beschikt over een sterk ruimtelijk en analytisch inzicht.
  • Technische plannen hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een flexibele ingesteldheid zijn sterke troeven.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met Excel en werkt graag met cijfers.
  • Ervaring met calculatiesoftware is een plus.
