Als Calculator/Kostendeskundige duik je in ontwerpen, signaleren en onderbouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met techniek en planvorming en ziet elke berekening als het fundament onder een sterk resultaat. In deze functie vertaal jij tekeningen en bestekken naar heldere begrotingen en betrouwbare kostprijsberekeningen. Je schakelt snel tussen details en totaalbeeld, stelt vragen waar nodig en houdt grip op risico's, kansen en kwaliteit. Zo help jij projecten van de eerste schets tot een realistische financiële basis. - Je stelt ramingen, calculaties en begrotingen op voor woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten. - Je analyseert tekeningen, bestekken en uitgangspunten zorgvuldig en scherp. - Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt leveranciers en beoordeelt prijs-kwaliteit. - Je signaleert afwijkingen, risico's en kansen en adviseert het projectteam. - Je denkt mee in nacalculatie, evaluatie en procesverbetering. Je staat er niet alleen voor: je werkt met collega's die kennis delen, doorpakken en samen bouwen aan betere plannen. Functie-eisen Je brengt al wat ervaring mee en voelt je thuis in een rol waar nauwkeurigheid, inzicht en initiatief samenkomen. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op wanneer een project daar om vraagt.
