Klanten als D’ieteren, AB Inbev en Aveve komen naar dit bedrijf voor hun nieuwbouw, uitbreiding of renovatie. Met het hele team van 120 medewerkers, inclusief eigen studiedienst en eigen staalatelier, streven ze elke dag met het motto ‘Challenging Buildings’ na. Jobomschrijving

  • Je voert nauwkeurige voorcalculaties en kostprijsberekeningen uit.
  • Je analyseert dossiers, meetstaten en lastenboeken, en verwerkt wijzigingen.
  • Je zorgt voor correcte en marktconforme prijsbepaling per project.
  • Je beheert prijsaanvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je vergelijkt offertes kritisch op technische uitvoering en kostprijs.
  • Je maakt voorontwerpen op en verzorgt prospectie en verkoop van bouwprojecten.
  • Je bereidt commerciële planning voor en coördineert overdracht naar uitvoering.
  • Je volgt markttrends in kostprijzen, materialen en technische evoluties.
  • Je draagt bij aan ontwikkeling en verbetering van het VKM-managementsysteem.
  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een Master in Bouwkunde of een bouwtechnische richting (zoals Industrieel Ingenieur Bouw), of je hebt vergelijkbare ervaring in de bouw.
  • Passie voor de bouw: Je bent echt geïnteresseerd in industriebouw en algemene utiliteitsbouw.
  • Skills: Je bent goed in administratie, communiceert makkelijk met klanten en collega's en houdt alles netjes op orde.
  • DNA: Je werkt gericht op resultaten, bent ondernemend en flexibel wanneer nodig.
  • Teamspirit: Je bent een echte teamplayer die samen met het calculatieteam het beste uit jezelf haalt.
