Je komt terecht bij een klasse 8 aannemer regio Gent die gespecialiseerd is in totaalafwerking van kantoor- en utiliteitsgebouwen. Interesse? Lees dan zeker verder!

De functie inhoud Benieuwd wat de functie van calculator afwerking precies is? Hieronder vind je het takenpakket:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en verwerken van de prijsaanvragen.
  • Na het opmaken van de offerte volg je die verder op.
  • Ook het opmaken van de meetstaten valt binnen jouw takenpakket.
  • Je onderhoudt de goede relaties met onze externe partners (klanten, onderaannemers, architecten, ...).
  • Wanneer het project verkocht is doe je een goede dossieroverdracht naar de projectleiders.

Onze klant Onze klant een klasse 8 aannemer, gevestigd in regio Gent, is gespecialiseerd in totaalafwerking van kantoor- en utiliteitsgebouwen. Daarnaast ontwerpen, produceren en installeren ze zelf verplaatsbare wanden, meubilair, akoestisch materiaal, etc... Het grootste deel van hun projecten bevinden zich in Brussel. Het bedrijf telt een 200-tal werknemers en onderscheid zich van andere firma's door heel gestructureerd te werk te gaan waardoor het bedrijf bijna geen verloop kent. Ze staan al meer dan 70 jaar bekend om een hoge kwalitatieve afwerking af te leveren. Verder zorgen ze voor een goede werksfeer binnen het bedrijf want ze organiseren elk jaar een eindejaarsfeest, zetten zich in voor het goede doel of doen mee aan sportieve uitdagingen, voor elk wat wils dus!   • Je beschikt over een hoger bouwkundig diploma
  • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar werkervaring als calculator, idealiter in de afwerking.
  • Kennis van het Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent heel sterk met cijfers en bent gewoon van heel gedetailleerd te werken.
