Als Calculator / Kostendeskundige Bouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van bouwplannen naar gedetailleerde en onderbouwde kostenramingen. Je analyseert projecten op haalbaarheid, brengt risico's en onzekerheden in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat begrotingen aansluiten bij de technische eisen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van nieuwbouw tot renovatie en onderhoud, en stelt ramingen op voor projecten in verschillende stadia. Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt prijzen en verwerkt deze in de begroting. Daarnaast houd je calculatiegegevens actueel, zodat toekomstige projecten kunnen profiteren van betrouwbare informatie. Jouw werk is essentieel voor het maken van verantwoorde keuzes in ontwerp, uitvoering en budget, en draagt direct bij aan de realisatie van gebouwen en voorzieningen in de leefomgeving. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - HBO werk- en denkniveau met een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding - Analytisch sterk en in staat om financiële gevolgen van technische keuzes te overzien - Kennis van het opstellen van kostenramingen en begrotingen - Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkwijze - Aantoonbare ervaring als calculator of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal - Woonachtig in Nederland Functieoverzicht .
