Dan is deze functie als Calculator / Kostendeskundige binnen de installatietechniek wellicht iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Calculator / Kostendeskundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van begrotingen en kostenramingen voor uiteenlopende projecten binnen de werktuigbouwkundige installatietechniek. Je analyseert technische informatie en vertaalt deze naar een realistische en onderbouwde kostprijs. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Analyseren van bestekken, tekeningen, projectdocumentatie en technische specificaties • Berekenen van materiaal, uren en overige projectkosten • Opstellen van begrotingen, kostenramingen en offertes • Meedenken over technische en financieel interessante oplossingen • Afstemmen van calculaties met werkvoorbereiding, engineering en projectleiding • Leveren van technische ondersteuning tijdens aanbestedingen • Beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers • Deelnemen aan bouwteamtrajecten en overleggen met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen Je bent vanaf een vroeg stadium betrokken bij projecten en hebt daarmee direct invloed op de technische en financiële haalbaarheid ervan. Wie je bent (of wil worden) Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om technische vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete kosten.
