Your role Als calculator/kostendeskundige ben jij de specialist die kostprijsberekeningen en ramingen voor onze woningbouwprojecten verzorgt. Je analyseert bestekken, tekeningen en projectdocumentatie en houdt kostengegevens en calculatienormen up-to-date. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de directie, bedrijfsbureau en werkvoorbereiders om kostenbesparingen en optimale prijs-kwaliteitverhoudingen te realiseren. Tevens ondersteun je het inkoopproces - in overleg met de bedrijfsleider -door mee te kijken met de plannen en direct te sparren over kansen en risico's.
