Daarom zoeken we een ervaren bouwkundig calculator die ons ondersteunt in onze verdere groei.

Als bouwkundig calculator:

  • Zorg jij voor duidelijke en nauwkeurige offertes, waarbij je niet alleen oog hebt voor een correcte prijsberekening, maar ook voor marges, rendement en commerciële haalbaarheid.
  • Werk je nauw samen met een sterk team van calculators en onze commerciële verantwoordelijke en draag je zo bij aan het succes van elk project.

Met jouw bouwkundige achtergrond of gelijkwaardige ervaring ben je goed voorbereid op de uitdagingen die op je pad komen.

  • Jij bent een echte doener en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Zelfstandig werken is voor jou geen probleem: je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en krijgt zaken voor elkaar.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch en analytisch inzicht en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een tekenprogramma zoals AutoCAD.
  • Cijfers, kostprijzen en marges schrikken jou niet af. Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt het overzicht en weet technische informatie om te zetten in een correcte en doordachte offerte.
  • Je bent communicatief, betrokken en oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen met collega’s om tot het beste resultaat te komen.
