The posting

Voor een KMO in Zandhoven is Felixa op zoek naar een Calculator. Ze doen uitsluitend maatwerk, dus de ontwerpmogelijkheden zijn eindeloos.

Als Calculator ben je de schakel tussen de verkoop en de productie. Elk product dat het bedrijf verlaat is uniek, en dat begint bij de calculatie.

De bestelbon die bij jou terecht komt, vertaal jij naar een correcte calculatie zodat dit naar productie kan.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor verkoop, productie, R&D en management voor alles wat met calculatie te maken heeft, je bewaakt hiervan de kwaliteit en denkt actief mee over het het beter en efficiënter kan.

In eerste instantie is calculatie je hoofdtaak, maar naargelang je ambitie en groei kan je rol mettertijd uitbreiden met nieuwe taken en verantwoordelijkheden binnen Operations.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Bestelbonnen en opmeetfiches nalezen en controleren op volledigheid en technische haalbaarheid; bij onduidelijkheden stem je af met de verkoop.

- Elke bestelling calculeren in het ERP-pakket op basis van de opgemeten maten en het gekozen product.

- Het verzorgen van de productievoorbereiding, met extra aandacht voor samengestelde en minder courante configuraties.

- De juistheid van de calculaties bewaken, zodat productie correct en zonder vertraging kan starten.

- Het calculatieproces in eigen handen nemen: actief meedenken over hoe het efficiënter en nog nauwkeuriger kan, en verbeteringen mee uitwerken.

- Calculatieregels en werkwijzen duidelijk documenteren, zodat ze eenduidig en overdraagbaar zijn.

- Bij voorkeur een bachelorniveau in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Ervaring met calculatie, werkvoorbereiding of technische orderverwerking in een productieomgeving is een troef.

- Sterk analytisch denkvermogen: je ziet snel hoe een samenstelling is opgebouwd en rekent die logisch en gestructureerd uit.

- Je leest vlot opmeetfiches en technische tekeningen.

- Je bent cijfermatig en uiterst nauwkeurig.

- Je werkt vlot met Excel en kan overweg met een ERP-pakket.

- Je hebt goesting om de dingen te verbeteren.
