Je vertaalt plannen naar scherpe begrotingen, ontdekt kansen en risico's en overtuigt partners met onderbouwde adviezen. Zo maak jij bouwen haalbaar, zorgvuldig en toekomstgericht. - Analyseren van tekeningen, bestekken, BIM-modellen en projectinformatie. - Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen, begrotingen en ramingen. - Beoordelen van offertes en adviseren over bouwmethodes, alternatieven en optimalisaties. - Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars, projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Bijdragen aan resultaatgerichte keuzes voor kosten, kwaliteit, risico's en uitvoerbaarheid. Functie-eisen Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en durft een standpunt in te nemen wanneer dat het project sterker maakt. Met oog voor de klant, respect voor anderen en aandacht voor kwaliteit werk je zelfstandig én samen aan betrouwbare resultaten. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Calculator, Kostendeskundige, Werkvoorbereider of vergelijkbaar. - Mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting. - Kennis van bouwkosten, bouwprocessen en relevante calculatiesystemen. - Affiniteit met BIM en 3D-modellen; je werkt accuraat en controleert je berekeningen zorgvuldig. - Je denkt creatief en oplossingsgericht, handelt integer en kunt adviezen helder onderbouwen.
