Als calculator nieuwbouw is het aan jou om de kosten van de projecten te berekenen, onderbouwen en te bewaken. Je doet meer dan enkel het uitrekenen van hetgeen de opdrachtgever van je vraagt, maar je denkt verder. Je adviseert met betrekking tot het ontwerp, materiaalkeuzes en de planning. De kostprijs en begroting moet kloppend zijn en je brengt eventuele risico's in kaart. Naast deze taken ben je ook in staat jouw kennis te delen met jouw team die het project gaan uitvoeren. Je blijft ook in deze fase de specialist en adviseur, zowel voor je team als voor de klant. Dit betekent dat je ook zelf de klant bezoekt. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde MBO of HBO Bouwkundige opleiding; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als calculator; - Ervaring in de nieuwbouw; - Je hebt kennis van de markt; - Je bent een echte teamplayer en communicatief vaardig; - Je bent innovatief en denkt graag mee.
