Als Calculator Nieuwbouw vertaal je bouwplannen naar duidelijke en betrouwbare kostenramingen. Je werkt aan moderne nieuwbouwprojecten en denkt vanaf de eerste plannen mee over kosten en bouwmethodes. Vanuit een groene en duurzame vestiging krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Calculator Nieuwbouw ben je voor onze opdrachtgever vanaf de eerste fase betrokken bij verschillende bouwprojecten. Je analyseert bouwtekeningen, bestekken en technische gegevens en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijke begroting. Daarbij bereken je hoeveelheden, materiaalprijzen, arbeidskosten en andere bouwkosten. Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt deze op prijs en kwaliteit. Ook denk je mee over slimme bouwmethodes, duurzame materialen en mogelijkheden om kosten te besparen. Tijdens het calculatieproces houd je goed zicht op de financiële haalbaarheid van ieder project. Je signaleert risico’s, controleert begrotingen en verwerkt wijzigingen in de calculatie. Regelmatig heb je contact met inkoop, werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding om technische en financiële keuzes af te stemmen. Je werkt aan meerdere nieuwbouwprojecten tegelijk en zorgt dat deadlines en kostenramingen kloppen. Zo leg je een sterke financiële basis voor de uitvoering van moderne en duurzame gebouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en controleren van begrotingen voor nieuwbouwprojecten; - Analyseren van bouwtekeningen, bestekken en technische omschrijvingen; - Berekenen van hoeveelheden, materiaal-, arbeids- en uitvoeringskosten; - Opvragen en beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Meedenken over bouwmethodes, duurzame materialen en kostenbesparingen; - Signaleren van financiële risico’s en kansen binnen projecten; - Verwerken van wijzigingen en meer- en minderwerk in calculaties; - Afstemmen van technische en financiële informatie met werkvoorbereiding, inkoop en projectleiding.
