- Medior (3-8 jaar) Calculator Nieuwbouw Appartementen - Breda - Medior (3-8 jaar) - €4.500 - €6.000 Be a Hero Als medior calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en begrotingen voor diverse bouwprojecten, variërend van woningbouw tot utiliteitsbouw. Je analyseert bouwtekeningen en bestekken, stelt hoeveelheden vast en vertaalt deze naar gedetailleerde calculaties. Daarnaast beoordeel je offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers, signaleer je risico's en kansen, en adviseer je projectteams over kostenoptimalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en andere betrokkenen om projecten financieel haalbaar en efficiënt te realiseren. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van calculatieprocessen en het ontwikkelen van calculatiemodellen. Binnen het team krijg je ruimte voor eigen initiatief en professionele groei.
