  • Als Calculator Omgevingswerken vertaal je plannen, technische dossiers en hoeveelheden naar een betrouwbare kostprijs en haalbare projectaanpak.
  • Je analyseert aanbestedings- en projectinformatie, brengt aandachtspunten aan het licht en denkt mee over optimalisaties die de uitvoerbaarheid en concurrentiekracht versterken.
  • Op basis van je berekeningen stel je een correcte en onderbouwde offerte op, zodat klanten een duidelijk voorstel ontvangen en projecten financieel gezond starten.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt de ontvangen informatie en verwerkt de resultaten zorgvuldig in de calculatie.
  • Overleg met projectleiders en technische collega's helpt je om aannames te toetsen, risico's tijdig te signaleren en je inspraak te geven in de voorbereiding van dossiers.
  • Als kostprijscalculator bouw je stap voor stap expertise op in materialen, uitvoeringsmethodes, hoeveelheden en prijsopbouw binnen omgevingswerken.
  • Je werkt mee in een technische bouwomgeving waar nauwkeurige voorbereiding een rechtstreeks verschil maakt voor de kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en rendabiliteit van projecten.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardige technische kennis door ervaring, vormt een goede basis voor deze vacature.
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in cijfers helpen je om plannen te begrijpen, hoeveelheden correct in te schatten en verbanden tussen uitvoering en kostprijs te leggen.
  • Een eerste ervaring met calculatie, offertevoorbereiding of projectondersteuning is welkom, maar geen voorwaarde; je krijgt ruimte om de functie verder aan te leren.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en analytisch vermogen zijn belangrijk omdat kleine afwijkingen in hoeveelheden, prijzen of aannames een impact kunnen hebben op het volledige voorstel.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met verschillende technische gesprekspartners. Zo kun je informatie kritisch aftoetsen, vragen stellen en tot een gedragen berekening komen.
