Als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgende:

  • Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig opstellen van gedetailleerde prijsoffertes, waarbij je rekening houdt met alle technische en financiële aspecten van het project.
  • Je bespreekt deze offertes persoonlijk met de klant, waarbij je niet alleen de kosten toelicht, maar ook de waarde van de voorgestelde oplossingen en materialen. Jouw communicatievaardigheden en technische kennis helpen klanten beter te begrijpen wat ze krijgen voor hun investering.
  • Een cruciaal onderdeel van je rol is de soepele overdracht van informatie naar de uitvoerende afdeling.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle noodzakelijke details van de offerte duidelijk en nauwkeurig worden overgedragen, zodat de uitvoering vlekkeloos kan verlopen. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met projectleiders en uitvoerders om ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen op dezelfde lijn zit.
  • Je analyseert binnenkomende offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers grondig, waarbij je niet alleen kijkt naar de prijs, maar ook naar de kwaliteit, leveringsvoorwaarden en betrouwbaarheid. Vervolgens stel je een gedetailleerde prijsvergelijking op, die je gebruikt om de meest kosteneffectieve en kwalitatieve keuzes te maken.
  • In jouw rol denk je altijd in oplossingen. Je luistert naar de specifieke behoeften en wensen van de klant en biedt op maat gemaakte oplossingen die niet alleen technisch haalbaar zijn, maar ook aansluiten bij het budget en de verwachtingen van de klant.
  • Naast het financiële aspect ben je ook een waardevolle bron van technisch advies. Je ondersteunt klanten en collega's met jouw expertise, door complexe technische vraagstukken te vertalen naar begrijpelijke en praktische oplossingen. Jouw advies draagt bij aan de efficiëntie en het succes van elk project.

Als calculator is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Je behaalde een hoger diploma Bouwkunde of Landschapsarchitectuur.
  • Je hebt reeds een aantal jaar ervaring als calculator.
  • Beschik je over een sterk cijfermatig inzicht en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met oog voor detail.
  • Specifieke sectorervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen must: iedereen met affiniteit voor cijfers, bouw of ontwerp kan zich aangesproken voelen.
