Als Calculator Ondergrondse Infra ben jij de spil in het voorbereidingsproces van uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten. Jij vertaalt technische tekeningen en bestekken naar realistische en scherpe calculaties die de basis vormen voor succesvolle projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en uitvoerders om ervoor te zorgen dat elk project niet alleen technisch haalbaar is, maar ook financieel gezond. Jouw werk begint bij het analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten en eindigt met een gedegen offerte die het verschil kan maken tussen winnen en verliezen van een project. In deze functie krijg je te maken met een breed scala aan projecten: van de vervanging van gasleidingen in drukke stedelijke omgevingen tot de aanleg van nieuwe drinkwaterleidingen over lange tracés. Je rekent combi-klussen door waarbij gas-, water- en elektrawerkzaamheden gecombineerd worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij innovatieve projecten waarbij nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen worden toegepast, zoals gestuurde boringen en duurzame logistieke concepten. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Analyseren van bestekken, tekeningen en aanbestedingsdocumenten voor ondergrondse infrastructuurprojecten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde calculaties voor gas-, water- en elektraprojecten; - Uitvoeren van risico-analyses en het doorrekenen van verschillende uitvoeringsscenario's; - Overleggen met leveranciers en onderaannemers voor het verkrijgen van scherpe prijzen; - Samenwerken met werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders om tot optimale uitvoeringsplannen te komen; - Deelnemen aan inschrijvingsbesprekingen en het presenteren van calculaties aan het management; - Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van calculatieprocessen en -systemen.

Na verloop van tijd krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een seniorrol waarbij je complexere project
