Als Calculator Piping ben jij het financiële en technische brein achter de offertes. Je duikt diep in de details en zorgt voor een feilloze prijsberekening. Jouw werkdag is gevarieerd, uitdagend en visueel:

  • Dossieranalyse: Je bestudeert grondig plannen, P&ID’s, lastenboeken en aanbestedingsdossiers om de volledige scope van het project te begrijpen. Soms ga je ook op sitebezoek om de situatie met eigen ogen te bekijken.
  • Kostprijsberekening: Je stelt een gedetailleerde lijst op per post en schat de benodigde hoeveelheid materialen en werkuren nauwkeurig in. Je berekent de eenheidskosten van elke uitvoeringsfase tot een globale prijsraming.
  • Prijsaanvragen & Onderhandeling: Je selecteert de juiste leveranciers en onderaannemers, vraagt offertes op en vergelijkt deze kritisch om de beste contractvoorwaarden en prijzen te bekomen.
  • Samenwerken & Optimaliseren: Je zit regelmatig rond de tafel met projectleiders, ingenieurs en werkvoorbereiders om een waterdicht technisch en financieel beeld te vormen. Je signaleert proactief mogelijke optimalisaties om efficiëntie te verhogen en kosten te reduceren.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je bewaakt de deadlines voor de offertes nauwgezet en zorgt dat het volledige dossier administratief perfect op punt staat.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

Je combineert een sterk cijfermatig inzicht met een passie voor industriële technieken. Verder herken je jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (Bachelor of Master) in Elektromechanica, Piping, Werktuigkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een uitstekend technisch inzicht in industriële installaties en piping-systemen.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, bent analytisch sterk en verliest de details nooit uit het oog.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en een echte teamplayer die ook vlot met leveranciers en projectleiders schakelt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans of Engels is een mooie troef.
  • Ervaring met specifieke calculatiesoftware en/of BIM is een pluspunt.
