Als Calculator Prefab Bouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het maken van nauwkeurige calculaties voor ondergrondse bouwprojecten. Jij vertaalt technische tekeningen en bestekken naar realistische kostprijzen en zorgt ervoor dat elk project financieel gezond is voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat. Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam, engineers en uitvoerders om tot de beste oplossing te komen. Jouw werk vormt de basis voor succesvolle projecten en jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat de cijfers kloppen. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de beste prijzen en voorwaarden te verkrijgen. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces, van aanbesteding tot gunning, en jouw inbreng is van grote waarde voor de organisatie. Binnen deze functie krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Er zijn volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als Senior Calculator of Projectleider. Het bedrijf investeert graag in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en biedt trainingen en cursussen aan om jouw kennis en vaardigheden te vergroten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan opleidingen op het gebied van BIM, nieuwe rekenmethoden of projectmanagement. Jouw taken: - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde calculaties voor prefab kelderbouwprojecten; - Het analyseren van bestekken, tekeningen en technische specificaties; - Het aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het berekenen van materiaal-, arbeids- en materieel kosten; - Het meedenken over technische oplossingen en alternatieve bouwmethoden; - Het verzorgen van nauwkeurige rapportages en calculatieoverzichten; - Het deelnemen aan overleggen met projectleiders, engineers en opdrachtgevers.
