Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende specialist in bouwbeslag en gereedschap gevestigd in Merelbeke, zijn wij op zoek naar een Calculator voor de projectdienst. In deze rol vorm je de technische en commerciële ruggengraat van diverse projecten. Je vertaalt complexe aanvragen naar heldere offertes en denkt proactief mee met de klant. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die ondernemerschap en persoonlijke groei sterk aanmoedigt.

  • Grondig analyseren van lastenboeken, bouwplannen en technische documentatie van projectklanten
  • Opstellen van nauwkeurige prijscalculaties en offertes op maat van de specifieke projectbehoeften
  • Technisch meedenken over alternatieven of optimalisaties binnen de voorgestelde oplossingen
  • Administratief opvolgen van projectdossiers vanaf de initiële aanvraag tot aan de definitieve bestelling
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van de verkoop- en aankoopafdeling om een vlotte projectflow te garanderen
  • Onderhouden van heldere en professionele communicatie met klanten en leveranciers
  • Actief bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van interne processen binnen de projectdienst
  • Optreden als back-up en technisch aanspreekpunt voor commerciële vragen binnen het team
  • Je haalt voldoening uit een gezonde mix tussen technische diepgang en commercieel klantcontact
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen om technische fiches en plannen vlot te interpreteren
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en beschikt over een scherp oog voor administratieve correctheid
  • Uitstekende beheersing van gangbare PC-programma's, waarbij Excel weinig geheimen voor jou kent
  • Een proactieve instelling en de durf om initiatief te tonen wanneer zaken efficiënter kunnen
  • Ervaring in een technische of projectgerichte binnendienst is een troef, maar ook leergierige starters komen in aanmerking
  • Je beschikt over een flinke portie gezond verstand en de ambitie om je technisch-commerciële kennis verder te ontwikkelen
  • Teamplayer die vlot communiceert en graag samen met collega's successen boekt
