Als Calculator - Sales & Offertes vertaal je de vraag van een klant naar een onderbouwde calculatie en een concreet voorstel.

Je analyseert gebouwen en bestekken, berekent hoeveel tijd en capaciteit nodig zijn en bepaalt samen met sales en operations hoe een opdracht het beste kan worden aangepakt.

Daarvoor werk je niet alleen vanuit Excel. Je gaat ook ter plaatse bij (potentiële) klanten, bekijkt gebouwen en ruimtes en verzamelt de informatie die nodig is.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de calculatie achter nieuwe en bestaande commerciële opdrachten. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • prijscalculaties opstelt op basis van de behoeften en situatie van de klant;
  • gebouwen en locaties bezoekt om de werkzaamheden correct te kunnen inschatten;
  • werkprogramma's, urenberekeningen en rendementsberekeningen opstelt;
  • lastenboeken, bestekken en meetstaten analyseert en vertaalt naar concrete calculaties;
  • plannen en ruimtes analyseert en bepaalt welke capaciteit nodig is;
  • nauw samenwerkt met sales bij het uitwerken van offertes en voorstellen;
  • vragen van klanten verzamelt en intern afstemt met de juiste collega's;
  • nacalculaties uitvoert om te beoordelen of eerdere inschattingen overeenkomen met de praktijk;
  • meedenkt over nieuwe calculatietools, werkplannen en efficiëntere processen.

Je krijgt daarmee zicht op het volledige traject: van eerste klantvraag en plaatsbezoek tot calculatie, offerte en uiteindelijke uitvoering.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag analyseert, nauwkeurig werkt en nieuwsgierig genoeg is om te willen begrijpen hoe een opdracht in elkaar zit.

Je:

  • bent analytisch en sterk met cijfers;
  • werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • hebt voldoende ruimtelijk inzicht om gebouwen, ruimtes en plannen te kunnen interpreteren;
  • kunt prioriteiten stellen en goed omgaan met deadlines;
  • bent communicatief en voelt je comfortabel in contact met klanten en collega's;
  • werkt vlot met Excel en Word;
  • spreekt vlot Nederlands en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans;
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs B en vindt het leuk om regelmatig klanten en locaties te bezoeken.

Heb je al ervaring met calculaties, offertes, lastenboeken of meetstaten? Dan is dat zeker interessant, maar het is geen absolute vereiste.

Belangrijker is dat je snel leert, initiatief toont en zowel de commerciële als operationele kant van een calculatie wilt begrijpen.
